PERANCANGAN UI/UX APLIKASI MOBILE PENJUALAN PADA TOKO STARTURN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING

This study discusses the design of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) on the Starturn Store sales mobile application using the Design Thinking method. Starturn is a casual clothing brand targeting millennials and Gen Z, so it requires a sales platform that is not only visually appealing, but also easy to use and able to meet user needs. The design process is carried out through five stages of Design Thinking, namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The initial stage begins with gathering information related to user needs and problems when purchasing products online. These findings are then formulated into more focused design requirements and developed into several alternative solutions. An interactive prototype was designed using Figma and tested to assess the effectiveness of the purchase flow, ease of navigation, and clarity of product information. The final result of this study is a prototype of the Starturn mobile application that is expected to improve the user shopping experience more efficiently, informatively, and enjoyable.
