This study aims to create an interactive Android-based learning media to help third-grade elementary school students understand human organs using a UI/UX approach tailored to children. The application design process was carried out using the ADDIE method, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The application, named "Let's Get to Know Your Body Organs," is equipped with body organ illustrations, audio narration, and visual quizzes that can be followed interactively. The evaluation results from 30 students and 3 teachers showed an average score for all UI/UX feasibility indicators ranging from 3.63 to 3.90 (category: Very Good to Very High). Fact retention about the heart organ reached 93%, and success in answering the quiz increased from 80% to 97% after being given audio-visual instructions. This study shows that the use of visual design in the form of a human body map, audio assistance, and choice-based navigation has a positive impact on reducing cognitive load and increasing elementary school students' engagement and understanding in science learning.
