Focus and Scope

Journal MENARA : Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (E-ISSN: 3109-161X) is published by the Al Barokah Hasanah Foundation. This journal is an open access peer-reviewed journal based in Indonesia has been published since 2024 officially twice a year (March and September), JM is now published in Indonesian (preferably English). this journal contains ideas or research results and scientific works originating from research for develop science and technology. Apart from that, this journal is also expected to be able to support increasing the competence of lecturers and students who are an alternative for society in publishing the results of their research or his work.
