PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CV PUTRA CINTA DAMAI BOGOR

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at CV Putra Cinta Damai Bogor. The type of research used is associative quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis using data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 63.2% and a calculated t-value> t-table (9.074> 1.678). Work Environment also has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient of 68.9% and a calculated t-value> t-table (10.306> 1.678). Simultaneously, Leadership Style and Work Environment have an effect on Employee Performance with a regression equation of Y = 3.155 + 0.519 X1 + 0.497 X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.699 and the determination coefficient value is 48.9% and the F-count value > F-table (67.929 > 3.20).
